MINI-V.I.P.- (Voltage Intensive Power) Hot New 18 volt MINI-V.I.P.(Voltage Intensive Power) is now available for ’01-’06 PT Cruisers. The Mini-V.I.P. steps up the charging system’s 14 volts to 18 volts which is sent specifically to your ignition system in order to provide your PT Cruiser with the ultimate spark combustion. In a series of 0-60 mph test runs, we reduced our ET an average of .21 seconds, and on our best run, we reduced our 0-60 ET .27 seconds! The test was conducted on a ’05 Turbo PT. The 18 volt Mini-V.I.P. is truly a revolutionary product that leads to “Chargition.” “Chargition” is what Performance Distributors defines as the science that bridges the gap between your charging system and your ignition system. It emphasizes how a maximum performing charging system leads to a maximum performing ignition system. The 18 volts which the Mini-V.I.P. produces, enables you to open up your plug gaps to a whopping .070”, burning your fuel more completely on each piston stroke. This in turn, leads to superior throttle response. Voltage drop, which occurs when you have your accessories running, is eliminated as the Mini-V.I.P. isolates the 18 volts to your ignition system only! In the long run, your plugs will run cleaner. Some applications will also be able to run a richer fuel mixture due to the additional spark intensity. The unit is an easy 3-wire install. True to its name, the MINI-V.I.P. only weighs 1 lb.! LiveWiresŪ Are space age, heat resistant sleeving to provide protection from exhaust heat. The sleeving is heat-treated glass braid and is non-flammable and non-corrosive to chemicals. LiveWires unique sleeving provides protection from -76° to +1400° F and offers excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals. LiveWires have a durable and long lasting silicone jacket and insulation. Heat shrink applied between the boot and the sleeving keeps dirt and moisture away from wire terminals. LiveWires spiral wound core prevents electronic interference. No radio noise or computer interference. They offer extremely low resistance of 300 - 350 Ohms per foot for optimum spark travel. Livewires are built right from the beginning, no add-on sleeves - just remove your old wires and replace with Livewires!
